The founder Pip is Canadian born and raised, where he experienced how team building events should be more than just flashy, empty event where staff eat and drink until they are silly.
Premier Team Building focuses on fun, enjoyable, positive events that actually make an impact to the team and the organisation. By carefully designing events that develop key skills such as Problem Solving, Resource Management, Goal Setting, Collaboration, Trust and so much more.
Premier Team Building wanted to ensure that organisations were investing in team building activities and not just team bonding. It was found that many organisations were being sold team bonding events under the guise of them being team building programs.
Our purpose at Premier Team Building was do to team building right and ensure organisations were taking part in fun, social events that made an impact on the organisation.
All team activities are customised in design and delivery to each unique client, as every organisation is unique with their own needs and goals. Premier Team Building avoids delivering cookie-cutter programs to prioritise results to our clients.

Born on the frigid ice fields of Canada, Owner, Founder & Lead Facilitator of Awesome Pip brings over 17 years of leadership and team building experience. With a deep-seeded passion to help businesses empower, value, respect and grow their teams, Pip is always developing new and exciting team challenges. Be it working with Companies such as Amazon or Adobe, to Youth groups, Pip can be found actively involved in programs to share his passion for result driven team building events.
