Many of our team share their passion for helping others by being Disability Support workers, Fostering dogs, Youth at risk workers, Childcare agents and so much more.

Pip Scott-Allen

Director, Program Designer & Lead Facilitator

Coming all the way from the great white north of Canada, Pip has spent over 10 years working at various outdoor education centres, youth camps and business retreats. Through this time he spent countless hours developing new team building programs, leading groups from 3-90 years of age in various team building events while also training countless teams on how to become amazing facilitators. While in Australia he’s worked at a number of school camps and ropes courses throughout NSW where he once again developed, trained, and lead team building events. Never shy to get in the mix of it all, Pip loves to trial his own programs and see the benefits they bring others and his team.

All of Premier Team Building’s programs are custom tailored to suit you and your clients. To ensure your needs are met Premier Team Building will ask a series of questions to best understand your needs; who your clients are, what you do, how your team interacts, any hurdles you wish to address and general details to ensure your needs are met with the best program facilitation  possible. A small coffee shop will have different needs and end users versus a large conglomerate; which is why Premier Team Building wants to get to know you before the day of your event.

Our Services

Offering an amazing range of team events, which are tailored to suit your needs. Operating New South Wales wide, we create custom delivered programs to suit your team’s goals. Whether you are escaping to the Hunter or Newcastle region, or if you are a Sydney based company, our programs can be delivered at various sites both indoors and outdoors. Programs can be 90 minutes or less to full day events.

School Programs

Premier Team Building has years worth of experience working with school students and offers some great programs to schools. Save time and money by having team building events at school; No more need to go to school camp for multiple days. Premier Team Building can visit your school and deliver great programs to suit your students an their curriculum needs.
