This deep dive event is perfect for strategy sessions and leadership workshops.
Your teams will explore the impacts of their actions and how far a simple action can reach.
This hands-on team event will educate your team on how we all play a role in the success and failure of the overall team or business.
Working in multiple team’s each table will have their own resources, challenges and goals.
Each team will need to plan, design, test and discuss their build before building a working model. Each group will demonstrate to the whole team, one at a time and explain their model, design and what allowed them to reach the level of success.
Once the builds are over, your leadership facilitator will take you through a deep dive to map out, and understand how all the moving parts of the organization are connected and how they all must take responsibility for their success or failure.
