At Premier Team Building, we’re passionate about nurturing the next generation of leaders.

Our Future Leaders Program is designed specifically for youth and school groups, aiming to equip students with essential leadership skills, foster teamwork, and build confidence. Through engaging, interactive activities, students develop a strong sense of responsibility, communication, and problem-solving abilities—key traits that will help them succeed both in school and in their future careers.

The tailored event featured Lego Masters & RC Speed Racer components to promote effective project management, communication, roll alignment, positive conflict, delegation & acceptance. We engaged Premier Team Building to run our staff through a scavenger hunt set on the beautiful foreshore of Newcastle Harbour and Pip didn’t disappoint. We decided that we wanted something fun and immersive to do as a group, so we turned to Premier Team Building to come up with a hilarious and fully engaging activity that saw us making videos on our phones, looking for secreted clues in the most unlikely of places and deciphering codes and riddles to advance us on our way. From dinosaurs to Star Wars and a stop at the Novatel Beach Hotel, we covered a lot of ground!

Our team played the digital hunt in Newcastle and we had an amazing, fun and interactive experience with Premier Team Building. I organised team building for my company this week and did the Lego activity. There were 40 of us, split into groups of 4 and it was so much fun! Highly recommend coming from someone who had never used Lego in their life! Well organised and a smooth easy process.

So much fun!Each year we like to organise an event for our team, whether it be a social activity or an activity of some sort. This year, we booked Pip from Premier Team Building after a great recommendation from a friend who had Pip from Premier at their work event. We have been blown away by the amount of growth from our employees and ourselves through this experience and the way Premier Team Building tailored the needs to improve our business model to run more efficiently.
