Team Building Events Hunter Valley

Earlier this month Team PCE completed a half day team building event with Pip from Premier Team Building Pty Ltd. The tailored event featured Lego Masters & RC Speed Racer components to promote effective project management, communication, roll alignment, positive conflict, delegation & acceptance. Did we identify any holes, some room for improvement? Of course! Did we have a great time doing it? You bet we did!

Pip facilitated one of our monthly team events and did a fantastic job. Pip and the team were very flexible in pivoting from what was supposed to be an in person event to a remote event due to COVID lockdown. The team loved it and it certainly lifted spirits during lockdown and brought us closer together ?

I participated in a team building exercise facilitated by Pip from Premier Team Building at a Maitland Business Chamber networking luncheon. The event involved high school students and business leaders working together to brainstorm, collaborate and build a physical structure together. It was a fun, rewarding, memorable and fantastic way to engage the 60+ participants at the event. I highly recommend businesses and organisations engage Premier Team Building for their next team building initiative.

We had such a fun time with Pip. We did the minute to win it games combines with staff drinks and the whole evening was very entertaining and fun. Then today I received the team health check report which was spot on. Pip’s recommendations for moving forward are excellent and realistic. Can highly recommend Premier Team Building.

We engaged Premier Team Building to run our staff through a scavenger hunt set on the beautiful foreshore of Newcastle Harbour and Pip didn’t disappoint. We decided that we wanted something fun and immersive to do as a group, so we turned to Premier Team Building to come up with a hilarious and fully engaging activity that saw us making videos on our phones, looking for secreted clues in the most unlikely of places and deciphering codes and riddles to advance us on our way. From dinosaurs to Star Wars and a stop at the Novatel Beach Hotel, we covered a lot of ground!

A huge thanks to Pip for hosting Battlezone Laser Tag and Get Out Escape Room staff for our Christmas Event! Our team played the digital hunt in Newcastle and we had an amazing, fun and interactive experience with Premier Team Building. Lots and lots of laughs and got us making these great videos, so much fun. Thanks again Pip, we look forward to working together! Hooah!

I organised team building for my company this week and did the Lego activity. There were 40 of us, split into groups of 4 and it was so much fun! Highly recommend coming from someone who had never used Lego in their life! Well organised and a smooth easy process.

Pip facilitated a team building event for my networking group as part of our Christmas Party and it was an awesome experience. The activities we participated in were fun, inclusive and really got us thinking about how to work better together as a team. I highly recommend Premier Team Building.

We had our Xmas in July party with Premier Team Building. It was such an exciting day, everyone loved it. Pip took the worry out of planning an enjoyable work event and did all the hard work for us. All we had to do was show up and have fun!

So much fun!Each year we like to organise an event for our team, whether it be a social activity or an activity of some sort. This year, we booked Pip from Premier Team Building after a great recommendation from a friend who had Pip from Premier at their work event. Pip took our team away from the work place and put together a program that suited our team, got them out of their comfort zones, challenged them and had a blast at the same time.We definite enjoyed our afternoon with Pip & Premier Team Building. 10/10!

Such a great afternoon of getting a team to work together, to think outside the box, and be creative. And the light bulb moment!!

We have used Premier Team building for 2 events now. We have been blown away by the amount of growth from our employees and ourselves through this experience and the way Premier Team Building tailored the needs to improve our business model to run more efficiently. We will be making this a 6 monthly necessity of training to our business. It instills confidence in our employees, but also makes them feel even more valued. I personally could not recommend this company anymore highly. If your business is stagnate or have processes that need to be refined. Call these guy's!!

Pip from Premier Team Building came to my work today for a day of team bonding, this is the second time my bosses have used him and both visits with Pip have been so successful his helped us all bond as a team and given us so many more ways to help communicate as a team and to our customers within our work place, we all had a ball and so many laughs we’re shared. 2 thumbs up for Pip.
