About Premier Team Building

The founder Pip is Canadian-born and raised, where he experienced how focusing on the whole team building ecosystem, a company could thrive and drive profitability.

Premier Team Building focuses on the whole Team Building Ecosystem: Team Events, Leadership Development, Leadership Coaching and Organisational Culture Development.

Premier Team Building’s team events are designed to engage and develope through fun, enjoyable, positive events that actually make an impact to the team and the organisation. By carefully designing events that develop key skills such as Problem Solving, Resource Management, Goal Setting, Collaboration, Trust and so much more.

Premier Team Building works to ensure organisations are investing in team building activities and not just team bonding. It was found that many organisations were being sold team bonding events under the guise of them being team building programs.
Our purpose at Premier Team Building was do to team building right and ensure organisations were taking part in fun, social events that made an impact on the organisation.

All team activities, workshops and coaching plans are customised in design and delivery to each unique client, as every organisation is unique with their own needs and goals. Premier Team Building avoids delivering cookie-cutter programs to prioritise results to our clients.

Meet Pip Scott-Allen

Born and raised in Canada, Pip’s leadership journey began at the young age of 14. Delivering and creating leadership & team building programs to groups of all size, Pip honed his skills over years of practical experience, post-secondary study and pledging himself to a life focused on ethical leadership and culture development.

With a deep-seeded passion to help businesses empower, value, respect and grow their teams, Pip is always developing new and exciting team challenges, coaching programs and keynote talks. Be it working with Companies such as Amazon or Adobe, to Youth groups, Pip can be found actively involved in programs to share his passion for result-driven team-building events.
