As a team, you’ll get hands-on with this charity, heart-led, team building challenge. The Helping Hands Program combines purpose with performance. In teams, you’ll be building prosthetic hands for people in need, while strengthening teamwork, communication, and leadership across our organisation.

Teams of 3+
In this high-impact workshop, teams are temporarily “disabled” by wearing a koozie (custom stubby holder) over their dominant hand, a powerful empathy exercise. Working one-handed, teams assemble real prosthetic hands that will be gifted free of charge to recipients around the world.
Each team personalises the hand’s carry case, writes a letter, and takes a group photo that travels with the prosthetic hand — creating a meaningful, human connection between builder and recipient.
