Each participant will receive their Mental Health First Aid Training Certificate valid for 3 years

Learn how to develop a culture plan, recognize what your culture will be, create values, set goals, create a timeline.

Discuss how administrative controls can foster a psychologically safe workplace including the role that employees, peers and mateship can have on minimising the impacts of mental health problems on individuals, absenteeism and long-term incapacity. Learn ways you can evaluate and continuously improve your MH culture.

Learn about your obligations as a PCBU under the WHS legislation, how to assess psychological risk within your business and ways you can minimise the impact of psychological hazards to your workforce.

Explore practical approaches to develop a workplace culture that promotes mental health and well-being. Learn to implement strategies, support employees, and foster a stigma-free environment for optimal mental well-being.

Importance of Mental Health Training

Mental Health First Aid Training

At Blue Balloon Coaching, mental health is just important to them as physical health, and they are on a mission to empower the community and break down the stigma associated with common mental health problems. 

As an accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA™) provider, Blue Balloon Coaching will lead participants through a Blended MHFA™ program to understand how to help and support those around them.

As this is a Blended experience,  participants will have an online learning portion which must be done before the in-person training.
