Can your team successfully build LEGO® Kits while being blind folded? Taking only the instructions of their team mate to guide their hands and steps.
Splitting into pairs or small teams, you’ll be working on small simple LEGO® kits but with one major challenge. The person building the Kit will be blindfolded and unable to see anything in front of them.

The challenge is all about clear, simple communication. Some team members will be blindfolded, and the only permitted person to touch the LEGO®. The remaining team members will have to coach them on where to find the required LEGO® bricks and then where and how to connect the pieces according to the instructions.
Everyone will take turns in building their kits to completion and playing both roles in this relationship.
This challenge is designed to help team members understand the importance of clear, simple communication. Ensuring people understand direction, request clarification and follow direction.
