Get ready to let your imagination run wild as participants take on the challenge of bringing a 3m tall puppet to life.

Teams will use their creativity and teamwork to construct their own unique puppet. Once built, it’s time to give the puppet its own personality and style by adding clothing and accessories. Then, teams will work together to master the art of controlling the puppet’s movements using control rods. As the teams perfect their skills, they’ll have the opportunity to showcase their puppet’s talents in a variety of performance challenges. Who will be crowned as your organization’s ultimate puppet master?

This challenge is a powerful event to develop planning, communication and goal setting skills.

With simple examples on how and what to do, each team will be required to explore their creative side to build their giant puppets.

This event is perfect for your conference breakout session, end of year team building event or an in-depth development session.

Your team will have access to cardboard, tape, joint pivots, decorations, clothing and control rods.
