Challenges May Include

The Glutten Tower: Teams must construct the tallest free-standing tower using only spaghetti, tape, and a single marshmallow on top, within a 20-minute time limit. This challenge increases oxytocin and group cohesiveness through shared problem-solving.

The Collective Intelligence Bridge: Groups must build a bridge spanning 1 meter using only straws, craft sticks, and tape. The bridge must support the weight of a small toy car, or stack of books for the brave. This activity fosters social sensitivity and conversation turn-taking, key factors in collective intelligence.

The Psychological Safety Maze: Teams create a LEGO® maze with specific rules – each member gets an equal number of coloured bricks, and no two bricks of the same colur can touch. This exercise promotes psychological safety and equal participation, crucial for team success.

The Social Sensitivity Lifter: Groups construct a string lifter capable of raising a specified weight using only basic materials like paper clips, string, and popsicle sticks. This challenge encourages social sensitivity and effective communication.

The Turn-Taking Foil Boat: Teams design and build a boat using only aluminum foil, with the goal of supporting the maximum number of coins before sinking. Each team member must take turns adding design elements, promoting equal participation and turn-taking in conversations
