Tiled together is the ultimate artistic event for teams wishing to create something truly one of a kind, which represents the business, their values, the future, the team or anything they choose.
First, we begin with an overarching theme, where we discuss the imagery, emotional connection, and potential colour palets.

Once a theme has been selected as a team, each participant is given time to reflect on that theme, and how they would represent it through a painting. This reflection is kept private, until the very end.
After a short reflection period, teams begin their sketching of their canvas.
Each member will be equipped with the same range of paints/paint pens, so the artwork created will all be within the same colour palette.
Over the rest of the day, or multiple days for conference event, participants will be reminded to work on their art, as they have to complete their creation before it’s showtime.
Come showtime, each participant will showcase their artwork, and explain the imagery they chose. Once everyone has explained their artwork, we then put them side by side, to create one master canvas, made up of all their individual artworks, forming a single piece of art.
Before you head home, your canvases are mapped out to ensure easy mounting and display options back at your head office.
This event can be done over an afternoon, or ideally over multiple days as part of an executive leadership retreat, multiple-day conference or team retreat.
