Your team will be split into “countries” all a part of the UN. Each Country will need to plan separately on how they will supply water to a country in desperate need.

Each group will have a series of supplies which they will need to trade and exchange with others to form a giant pipeline. From each individual country, they will have their own representative who will have to negotiate with other representatives to trade supplies.
